In the last 20 to 30 years, the use of the term “probiotics” has started to become more prevalent and more people have started to talk about their benefits. Probiotics are the microorganisms that reside in the human digestive tract that confer many health benefits to an individual. There is ample evidence that state that probiotics have the potential for improving lactose digestion and alleviating the symptoms associated with lactose Intolerance.
